Group Programs

The Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is the first Ming Dynasty Scholar’s home and garden outside of China. Fifty-three Chinese master craftsmen constructed the Garden using traditional methods and materials brought from China — no glue, nails, screws or power tools were used.

Our halls and covered pathways provide the perfect setting for programs, rain or shine. A minimum of ten paying participants are required for group rates. Let us customize the perfect combination of programs for you or your clients. Imbued with the perfect balance of yin and yang, and named a top city garden in the world by National Geographic, this is a must-see attraction!

We have many engaging, cultural activities for you to try with your adult, senior or tourist groups:

  • Tai chi
  • Chinese tea ceremony
  • Interpretational tour of the Garden
  • A historic Walking Tour of Chinatown
  • Dim Sum Experience
  • Dragon boat paddling

Let us customize a program that is perfect for your group! We simply require a minimum of 10 paying participants to deliver a private program or tour.
