Visitor Experience Officer

  • Daily execution of various aspects of shop and visitor experience including shop, visitor servicing, ticketing
  • Ensures high level of visitor and sales service to maximum sales and achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Plan and manage responsibilities including providing support to the frontline staff
  • Utilize relevant data, statistics and computer based tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the frontline visitor experience
  • Assist with recruiting volunteers, scheduling and training for new and current volunteers
  • Provide recommendation and play a critical role in effective safety and security management
  • Assist supervisor to oversee cash count, bank deposit and reconciliation of daily records, and perform general on-site maintenance and housekeeping duties
  • Opens and closes facility is attentive to and responds to security and emergency response
  • Support the management of inventory to minimize carrying costs, reduce cost of goods and improve shop productivity
  • Support rental client site visits and coordination of rental events
  • Work with marketing department to develop marketing strategies to increase sales at shop, increase revenue through group tours and walk-in visitors
  • Performs other related duties, projects and programs as required including assisting or other departments in events, administrative and operational matters


  • Retail: 2 years (Preferred)
