Join us for a soothing and meditative Qigong class as part of our Chinese New Year virtual programming!
Qigong 氣功 is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises.
Lucas Trottier is the head instructor at the Vancouver Traditional Martial Arts Dojo. He regularly teaches classes in Shorinji Ryu Karate, Old Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, Okinawan/Japanese Kobudo and the principles of Daito Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu. He is also currently an active student of Traditional Kenjutsu, Qi Gong, and Isshinho Traditional Japanese Medicine.
Participants of every level of experience all welcome.
