Join us every Wednesday at 1pm for Tai Chi! Originated in China as a martial art, Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion”. As you move, you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your attention on your body sensations.
Lucas Trottier is the head instructor at the Vancouver Traditional Martial Arts Dojo. He regularly teaches classes in Shorinji Ryu Karate, Old Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, Okinawan/Japanese Kobudo and the principles of Daito Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu. He is also currently an active student of Traditional Kenjutsu, Qi Gong, and Isshinho Traditional Japanese Medicine.
Participants of every level of experience all welcome.
