Classical Chinese Garden design is heavily influenced by the Daoist belief that a civilized life means striving for balance and harmony with nature, similar to the modern concept of wellness, which emphasizes the importance of having a positive outlook on your mind, body, and soul, and finding balance in your everyday life.
With that in mind, this program, which initially was thought to provide in person classes, quickly reinvented itself to the online platform Zoom.
This series of classes aim to bring wellness to your everyday life, through early morning yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi sessions.
All these classes have been extended into 2021, so stay tuned for updated scheduling and new programming!

Nathalie has completed training in and received certifications from Sivananda Vedanta, Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara and Yin Yoga. She has spent the past 25 years developing these skills with passion. Sharing this holistic knowledge and helping her clients and students to achieve better health and improved quality of life is her everyday joy.

Tai Chi Chuan is a Traditional Chinese martial art that focuses on the harmonization of ones mind, body, and spirit.
Its practise is a form of moving meditation, deep abdominal breathing is combined with a series of movements that are structured continuously. The movements of Tai Chi are designed to be rhythmical, effortless, and in continuous in flow.
