“Contemporary landscape painting” an Art Talk with Gavin Lynch

This week, the Garden is proud to present “Contemporary landscape painting” with Gavin Lynch.
Join us for an intimate talk, where Gavin will highlight contemporary landscape painting while examining its process, the act of looking and our relationship to technology.
Gavin Lynch is a painter whose work investigates the landscape genre and our relationship to nature. He holds a BFA from Emily Carr University in Vancouver and a MFA from the University of Ottawa. His work has been exhibited internationally, and is in various collections, including Air Canada, Toronto Dominion Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotia Bank, Nordstroms, the City of Ottawa, Simon Fraser University and the University of Toronto. He lives and works near Wakefield, Quebec, and is represented by Angell Gallery, Toronto.
