Wellness at Home – Tai Chi

Our Wellness in the Garden series is now available through weekly online classes.

Wednesday at 1:00pm PST our partner Lucas Trottier is hosting a 50 minute Tai Chi class.

Buy a single class or enjoy a reduced rate by purchasing a “Season Pass” (3, 5 or 10 classes)

Tai Chi Chuan is a Traditional Chinese martial art that focuses on the harmonization of ones mind, body, and spirit. Its practise is a form of moving meditation, deep abdominal breathing is combined with a series of movements that are structured continuously.

 

Lucas Trottier is the head instructor at the Vancouver Traditional Martial Arts Dojo. He regularly teaches classes in Shorinji Ryu Karate, Old Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, Okinawan/Japanese Kobudo and the principles of Daito Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu. He is also currently an active student of Traditional Kenjutsu, Qi Gong, and Isshinho Traditional Japanese Medicine.
