Wellness at Home – Yoga

We are thrilled to be able to expand our successful Yoga program by adding a second weekly class! We have opened the first 5 classes for registration and will make this a regular offering if enrolment permits.

Thursdays at 9:30am PST, our partner Nathalie Keiller is hosting a 60 minute Yoga class via Zoom.

Participants of every level of experience all welcome. 

Buy a single class or enjoy a reduced rate by purchasing a “Season Pass” (3 or 5 classes)

Nathalie Keiller has completed trainings in and received certifications from Sivananda Vedanta, Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara and Yin Yoga. She has been spending the past 25 years developing these skills with passion. Sharing this holistic knowledge and helping her clients and students to achieve better health and improved quality of life is her everyday joy.

 

 

Please have the following ready for class:

– Yoga mat or towel;

– One or more blankets and/or cushion and/or bolster;

– A Yoga block or hardcover book.
