Wellness at Home – Yoga

Our Wellness in the Garden series is now available through weekly online classes.

Every Monday at 9:30am PST our partner Nathalie Keiller is hosting a 60 minute Yoga class.

We couldn’t be happier to announce that starting September 24th, every second Thursday, also at 9:30am PST, we have launched a series of 5 Yoga Classes.

Nathalie Keiller has completed trainings in and received certifications from Sivananda Vedanta, Ashtanga, Hatha, Anusara and Yin Yoga. She has been spending the past 25 years developing these skills with passion. Sharing this holistic knowledge and helping her clients and students to achieve better health and improved quality of life is her everyday joy.

 

 

Please have the following ready for class:

– Yoga mat or towel;

– One or more blankets and/or cushion and/or bolster;

– A Yoga block or hardcover book.
