A Taste of Tai Chi (Grades 3 and up)

Tai chi involves a series of gentle movements and simple postures which are designed to improve coordination, balance and relieve stress. Tai chi is perfect for students of all ages and fitness levels. This program is facilitated by a Tai chi practitioner.
