Community Days is a FREE event to all BC residents and our purpose is to encourage local visitation to support the small businesses as we raise awareness on the important cultural significance of the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden and the rich historic neighborhood of Chinatown.
Please join us on Sunday, February 12 from 10am to 5pm, and enjoy the beautiful grounds of the traditional Chinese Garden, as well as a variety of activities inside our Hall of One Hundred Rivers featuring local food, arts, crafts & jewelry vendors, “Past Present Future” Tarot card readings, Tea Club with Teakan and professionally personalized scrolls inscribed by Master Calligrapher Jiangang Su. During your visit, you also don’t want to miss our new featured exhibition by Chairman Ting, “Billion Buns”, an exhibition of artworks in a variety of media and a special mural designed for the gallery space to commemorate the 2023 Lunar New Year, Year of the Water Rabbit.
Community Days is a quarterly free event for local BC residents which is slated for the following dates: July 9th, October 8th and December 2nd, 3rd, 2023. Please spread the word and tell all your friends to come down and support this community-focused event!
