Wellness at Home

It is with great joy that Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is hosting Online Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation and Kung Fu via Zoom, for anyone who wants to add these activities to their daily life.

Choose between single classes or save by purchasing our 3, 5 or 10 classes Season Passes.

These classes are a collaboration between the Garden and the instructors for our Wellness in the Garden series.

Yoga with Nathalie Keiller Mondays at 9:30am PST

Kung Fu with Paul Tam Mondays at 4:00pm PST

Tai Chi with Lucas Trottier, Wednesdays at 1:00pm PST

Yoga with Nathalie Keiller, Thursdays at 9:30am PST

Meditation with Cassandra Lee, Fridays at 9:30am PST

 

Our instructors welcome participants of every level of experience.

As the ancient Chinese proverb says: “When the winds of change blow, some people build walls and others build windmills.”
