Wellness at Home

It is with great joy that Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is hosting Free Online Meditation and Yoga for anyone who wants to add these activities to their daily life.

These weekly classes are a collaboration between the Garden and the instructors for our Wellness in the Garden series.

Meditation with Lyn Sakari, Saturdays at 9:00am PST

Yoga with Nathalie Keiller Mondays at 9:30am PST

 

Our instructors welcome participants of every level of experience.

Lucas Trottier, our longtime partner and Wellness in the Garden Tai Chi instructor, is also offering Free classes online every Monday and Thursday from 12pm to 12:30pm.

As the ancient Chinese proverb says: “When the winds of change blow, some people build walls and others build windmills.”
